Regular meetings and informative exchange of ideas are of great importance in our company. The permanent contact between management and senior executives is the basis for a specified and fast realization of defined aims.

But also the contact to further 30 employees is maintained in regular meetings and intensified in trainings e.g. quality assurance- and hygiene measures, as the identification of our employees with their task and the whole enterprise is our target to reach.
