Processing

The controlled raw material, stored detailed in many silos, is transported for processing purpose to our window-less mill tract. Filtrated air supply in the production rooms which are exposed to excess pressure, ensures absolutely hygienic processing. The complete roller-tube system has been manufactured and assembled in stainless steel.

The whole automatic processing is run and observed by our continiuously trained staff. A high production- and documentation quality is guaranteed by working- and operation instructions, laid down in writing.

Filtrated inlet air and the strict hygienic instructions in case of entering the mill are decisive factors for our high-grade and hygienic production. Of course no chemical poisons are used for cleaning in any part of our mill.

These efforts to reach high product quality with careful hygienic control has enabled us to hold a leading position in case of production according to the Organic- and Dietary Regulations.
